"I had a pleasant experience with Southland Exteriors & would use them again. From the first interaction with Dolores, who was so helpful & polite, to the end of the installation, including the owners, every one was very easy to work with & professional. They replaced 2 windows for me with impact windows. I now have less road noise than before, I don’t have to use my AC as much, as it’s helped let in less heat, & I don’t have to worry about putting up hurricane shutters on these windows. I would definitely recommend them."

"Southland removed our screen lanai and installed a beautiful Florida room with insulated walls and real glass windows that are removable. We love it. The installer was Bob and he was exceptional. Our salesman, Phil, is a great guy and Ron and Debra, the owners, are absolutely wonderful to work with. Southland previously installed a sliding patio door for us and that job went seamlessly.
